Everyone Can Benefit from Stretching
Although often neglected, stretching is of infinite importance and can help both
young and old with minimizing muscle pain and preventing injuries. Here are some
guidelines to follow:
- Devote as little as 10 minutes a day.
- Always stretch a warm muscle.
- Hold a stretch for 20-60 seconds.
