Good Health (or bad) is an Avalanche of Choices
You can not have an avalanche without each individual snowflake. The same holds true
for your health, it is made up of hundreds of thousands of daily choices. All hold the
same amount of significance, but the combination of your choices is what creates your
avalanche of good health or bad. Choose the good ones! Exercise, eat whole foods,
drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest and relaxation.
