TRAINING TIPS

4 Points of Posture

  1. Stand as tall as you can from your toes to the top of your head.

  2. Hold your chest up high and raise your shoulders so they form a 90º and are parallel to the floor.

  3. Next, Pretend that you are holding a pencil between your shoulder blades.

  4. Contract and Tighten your abdominals.

Begin to incorporate the 4 Points of Posture every hour of the day you are awake. Correct posture is energizing. Your posture determines muscle fatigue, blood flow, concentration and the electromagnetic flow within your body, yet most people have no idea what correct posture is. Yoga, Pilates, Dancing and Weight Training are just some pastimes that will promote correct posture and a resulting energy increase.
