Berry Dressing

Add the taste of summer to the Midwestern winter with this easy to make berry
dressing. You can use frozen berries and put on top of pre-washed organic salad
greens with grape tomatoes for a quick and easy appetizer.
Ingredients:
8 strawberries, tops removed
16-20 raspberries
2 T maple syrup
2 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T lemon juice
2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Sea salt to taste
In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree. Chill before serving.
